* Performed a complete historic renovation of home, including new systems, remodel framing, architectural details and moldings throughout. 2022-2023.

- The Girschek House, circa 1890, 349 Madison Place, Lexington KY.
* Performed a complete 3rd floor renovation, including new systems, remodel framing, architectural details and moldings throughout. 2023.

- The Graves House, circa 1800, 2497 Liberty Road, Lexington KY 40509.
* Completed stormwater and flooding remediation measures for the home including installation of copper gutters and flashing, exterior molding and trim repairs, drainage systems, and hardscaping. 2022-2023.

- The Comley House, circa 1905, 427 W Third Street, Lexington KY 40508.
* Performed a complete historic renovation of the home, including installing an elevator shaft, new systems, remodel framing, architectural details and moldings throughout. Also constructed a new garage. 2023-2024.

- The Chandler House, circa 1940, 125 Whispering Wood, Lexington KY 40505.
* Performed a complete historic renovation of the home, including new systems, remodel framing, architectural details and moldings throughout. Built a new mudroom addition, and installed hardscaping for pool. 2024-2025.

-The Sullivan House, circa 1915, 124 South Ashland Avenue, Lexington KY 40502.
* Performing a complete historic renovation of the home, including new systems, remodel framing, finished basement, covered porch, architectural details and moldings throughout. Also building a new two-story addition (office, master bath suite), along with a garage apartment on site. 2024- Present.
