It is so satisfying and joyous when something good happens to good people… please let me introduce you to Ray Booth. We became good friends in New York in the late 80’s with lots in common, we’re both from the South, hard workers, and genuinely nice guys. He worked as an architect for famous designers such as Saladino and Clodagh, but ended up moving back down South (YES!) to work with Bobby McAlpine with whom he had done an internship in college. Ray has designed both amazing houses and interiors all over the world. Now, with his new line of furniture, lighting, and accessories for Hickory Chair next spring, a line of lighting and accents for Arteriors, and first book, EVOCATIVE INTERIORS, Ray Booth is quickly becoming a household name with practically every magazine (Architectural Digest, La Dolce Vita, House Beautiful, Flower Magazine, etc.) who are gushing over his incredible work. I can’t wait for you to meet him!

Please come to a party to celebrate his first book in Kentucky at Botherum, and enjoy cocktails, delicious appetizers and receive a signed copy of Evocative Interiors to take home. We’ve turned this into a mini fundraiser for the Blue Grass Trust since he has just been named the keynote speaker for next year’s 2019 BGT Antiques and Garden Show! Reserve your place at this fun party where 100% of the proceeds goes to the reason why Lexington is so beautiful… the Blue Grass Trust!

All the best,
Jon Carloftis
