Each research package includes:

• Occupancy history based on deed and census records

• Assessment of historic significance using newspapers and scholarly sources

• Review of maps and historical photos to assess architectural integrity

We compile everything into a detailed report tailored to your property, including a site visit when appropriate.

Service fees:

• Fayette County: $75/hour

• Adjoining Counties: $100/hour + travel expenses

• Outside service area: $125/hour + travel expenses
