What does being a preservation professional mean to you?: Educating home owners on their options and then coordinating with architectural review boards to complete projects that will last for homeowners and respect a buildings history.

Recent Projects: Historic Roof Replacement - 238 West 2nd St, Completed April 2025, we replaced the shingles with a matching slate looking product and were able to reuse the historic metal ridge cap.

Box Gutter Relining - 124 South Hanover Ave - October 2022 - We re-lined the box gutters, repaired damaged soffits, and sealed their front porch roof.

Kimball House Square Painting and Siding 372-380 S Upper / 257-261 S Limestone - September 2025 - We painted the exteriors of these buildings, replaced cedar shake siding with a matching profile Hardie shake on one building and replaced a roof.
